HIVbase can export data in either FASTA format or Microsoft® Excel®. Simply select
part or all of a query result-set and select either the "EXPORT AS MS EXCEL" or
"EXPORT AS FASTA" button. FASTA exports are designed to move query result sets to
other analytical applications. These export files can be built with either the original
raw sequence data or just the specific domain data you are interested in studying.
Exporting to Excel can provide all the data from your query in the same column order
in excel. Use Excel's powerful array of tools to provide summmary analytics about
your dataset.
